Mobile Terms and Conditions

Bayer KERENDIA Savings Program SMS (text) messages are recurring automated copay program messages, which may include savings alerts, refill reminders, and other messages related to your participation in the copay program. These SMS messages are sent through PSKW, LLC dba ConnectiveRx a service provider partner operating on behalf of Bayer. 


When you opt-in to the service, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup. By providing your cell phone number, you represent that you are the authorized user of the wireless device you use to receive the messages and that you are authorized to approve any changes.  Bayer reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions or discontinue the messaging at any time and at its sole discretion, may add or delete a cellular carrier from this program at any time, without notice.  Text messages you receive as part of this program are automated and your responses are not read by any person.  Consent to receiving SMS messages is not a requirement to participating in the Bayer KERENDIA Savings Program and may opt out at any time.  Please visit Bayer’s privacy policy or contact us for additional information.  Please visit the full terms and conditions regarding participation eligibility in the Bayer KERENDIA Savings program.


Message and data rates may apply. While we do not charge you for the messages, your mobile service provider may charge you for SMS text messages as a part of your contract or service.  Please contact your mobile service provider for details.

We are able to deliver on most of the major and minor carriers (i.e Verizon, Sprint, AT&T, T-Mobile and MetroPCS). If you are unsure whether your carrier supports short codes, please contact your wireless provider directly

Patients are eligible if they are commercially insured and may pay as little as $10 and save up to $3,000 per year. Patients who are enrolled in any type of government insurance or reimbursement programs are not eligible. As a condition precedent of the co-payment support provided under this program, e.g., co-pay refunds, participating patients and pharmacies are obligated to inform insurance companies and third-party payers of any benefits they receive and the value of this program, and may not participate if this program is prohibited by or conflicts with their private insurance policy, as required by contract or otherwise. Void where prohibited by law, taxed, or restricted. Patients enrolled in the Bayer US Patient Assistance Foundation are not eligible. Bayer may determine eligibility, monitor participation, equitably distribute product and modify or discontinue any aspect of the KERENDIA $10 Co-Pay Program at any time, including but not limited to this commercial co-pay assistance program.
